I have ridiculous allergies to most shaving creams, so use Aveeno shaving cream and a gillette mach 3. the secret to longevity with razor blades is to wipe the blades dry on a towel after use (moving the razor backwards). Someone showed me this as a way of preserving blades longer and it works...shaving every other day, I made a 5 pack of blades last a year...
