I hope you arent planning on diving with just a spare air? Its only a backup emergency air supply to get you back to the surface.

If you run out of air diving, then you're an idiot. Plan your dive, dive your plan, and check your gauges. Your common sense and your dive buddy are your emergency backups for everything else.
