Yep, most established programs redirect various types of traffic, not just mobile (not everyone has the ability to go mobile but shouldn't miss out on the income), and no not all of it pays you and yes, some do pay you - so it would be best if you asked rather than assume.
Either way, YOU should be doing it... Every major free porn site (all the tubes) do this, every country, sources, device types, ect - if you're playing with ANY real traffic volume in this business and not filtering your traffic - you're losing more money than you're making.
... and that is without question.
I don't work for TB, you'll have to ask them directly to know for sure. I do know over the years TB is one of the few companies with the rep of trying to credit you with every sale they can, even matching up referring urls for you - which damn near nobody does.
