I have lots of permanent work for a dependable jack of all trades:

I hired someone from here 3 months ago to convert 500 of my .wmv videos to flash but he up and vanished.

So I need someone else to finish his work.
1. I need someone to finish converting all of my .wmv videos to flash and/or mp4 and then recode my php script to have the flash videos show. Videos are around 20-30 minutes in length.

2. I need someone to resize 8 years worth of thumbnails (to many to count) to a larger size and then recode the php script for the new sizes.

3. Soon I will be redesigning my site and after its redesigned I need someone to install a CMS for the new site and integrate 8 years worth of content onto the new site.

4. I am also looking for an affiliate manager.

Please don't e-mail if you can only do one of the jobs. I would prefer to work with someone who knows how to do all of the above.
