Word, Fort Green is like a whole new world these days... Brooklyn changed a lot... and Harlem. Hardest hit by gentrification I guess. But the crime rates in central Brooklyn are still high as fuck.
But it feels like the Bronx has been making a turn for the worse. All these harlem rejects moved here and are competing with the natives for turf. They're all being stuffed into these giant cheeply built low income buildings with a million tiny apartments in them. They're kinda like mini housing projects lol.
