Damn.... those pics bring back some memories. I haven't been there in over 20 years, but now I remember it like it was yesterday.
It has probably changed a lot over the years, but based on what it was like when I was there, I recommend making a side trip to nearby Isla Mujeres, if you get the chance. It doesn't quite leave up to its name... but it is still a nice place. ;-)
