Honestly get what you can for it. This guy's a dentist, most likely it's a one project deal so why not get what you can. Also judging by the car he drives you can sell him on the "top of the line" aspect. Sure, he can get a website cheaper- even let him know that. Sell him on
how he wants himself and his practice to be represented on the web.
