If anyone is a cook here...

I have a really urgent question:

I am supposed to cook these chicken thighs in a casserole dish, but my dish is too small. Can I do it instead in a metal flat bottomed baking pan? If I do, does that affect the time to cook? Ack!

You can, but don't fuck up the chicken by spraying the pan w/ non-stick cooking spray.

In the pan, depending on recipe of course, cooking time will be about 5 - 10 minutes less.

THANK YOU! That's exactly what I needed to know

Already fucked up the pan, though.

yes, decrease the time, its more shallow, so the heat is covering more surface at once....

            Making this:

            http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Chicken...ce/Detail.aspx

It's always a hit. Pair it with sesame green beans and egg noodles to pour the extra sauce over and you have a damn good dinner that would cost $35 a plate at a good restaurant for.

                    FYI

if you dont have a thermometer just slice to the bone or center - if the juices are clear the chicken is done - if the juices arent ie resddish your chicken isnt done

thighs take about 30 min to 40 at 350 in an oven
