    whats a good not-too-expensive cellphone?

    I've had enough of this LG choclate phone, its about to go off my balcony.
    - horrible reception
    - touchpad is power gay
    - horrible reception
    - poor battery life
    - screen just broke, freezes constantly
    - no speakerphone
    - speaker in it is too quiet
    - horrible reception
    - horrible reception
    - horrible reception

    the only things i liked about it were the camera on it and the fact its the lowest radiation phone on the north american market.

    Can anyone recommend somethign comparible ~$350-400 that doesn't suck?
