What ads to pop for non-US traffic

I currently have a few thousand hits per day that I had been directing to AFF. After noticing a major decrease in revenue I hooked up some GEO location code and discovered most of my traffic is coming from South America, France and Spain. These basically have a non-existant conversion rate for AFF.

So where are other people directing this sort of traffic?

Celebs work well to all traffic and RevshareRewards use PassWordByPhone and opther alternative billers and give webmasters fuill credit for all sales by alternate methods.
