Absolutely not, sales slow down around this time of year, over the years, May has always been the month where we get the most people contacting us concerned about their sales.

We can look at the form hits/submissions/declines, etc on an account or do a test signup, to make sure everything is working correctly, if you would like this done on your account, send me your account information.

Im sure everything is fine with my account. Im getting sales. Just more denials than sales which is unusual.

We are with ccbill for 3 years now we had some good times some slow times this month is a little slow i agree.. about the denials what we did is opened an epoch account and setup a redirect to everyclient that doeno go through with ccbill to tryand re signup through epoch.. give them a better deal even maybe a cheaper trial or a cheaper monthly fee this should fix your denail problem.. ;) peace
