Tuning is a hobby of mine. My mom owned an Intrepid R/T for a while, Dodge's first attempt to put racing into their cars, it was a great sleeper, and comfy as hell, def not bad for $30k, and a great warrantee to boot, but its like this: if you're car is always in being fixed (fast car -> fast braking -> fucks up dodge's notoriously shitty rotors and brake systems REAL quick) you are going to spend more in the end, even if it is all warantee work. There's no shame in owning a domestic car, but lets not pretend it is anything other than a Dodge Neon.
