Yeah I did with AWE, if I remember right, they charged back a few of them.
On a side note. I did get a guy spending $100/day for a few days with Pimp Rolls super affiliate program. I normally do PPS so that was nice.

yea with pussycash a while ago, but then i got the standard email that my traffic wasnt good enough so they decreased the PPS rate for my account. They do that to ALOT of affiliates, their huge pps rates are just to lure you to promote them, then after a while they send you this mail and decrease the pps rate. It's fucking rediculous so not sending them any traffic anymore ofcourse.
Now i get the occaisional $222 sale from AWE.Comment
