Good Domain?

I opened a topic once about this subject, and they told me that the domain doesn't really matters.

Depends, good domain for what? To sell? Make a freesite or a paysite?

We only use sponsors that are 2257 compliant.
It's a requirement they must meet before we will add them to our system.

That 2257 page is not in compliance. When the feds see the pics on YOUR site they want to see YOUR NAME and YOUR address and YOUR phone number & YOUR hours of operation so they can check YOUR records for 2257 complience.

Good point! ( except for the not in compliance part) but the fact that Feds will ask to see your records on your sites as they will on all your sites you use sponsors on now as well. (How do you habndle that currently for your own sites? you should do it the same with this tool as well) That is why as Helix already told you, WE ONLY ALOLLOW 2257 COMPLIANT SPONSORS IN THE SYSTEM!

That way when a user signs up and uses our system as a tool to build themselves a whitelable video site of their very own and loaded with custom options and great benifites to the user such as fully automated system that we are providing as a tool. They do not have to worry about any submissions coming in from anyone but themselves and only using the sponsors they signed up to use !

Just as if they promote that compliant sponsor or sponsors in any other manner already.


I am sure that once they choose a sponsor included in our system to promote that they either feel comfortable in their decision on how they promote that said sponsor already, and are just adding our tool as a new method to promote an exsisting sponsor of theirs that is already under their same sponsor account and same sponsor compliance they deal with now, or they have contacted the spopnsor they signed up for directly and made whatever arrangements they felt they needed to or were advised to do by their own attorney if they feel more is needed from that particular sponsor in order for them to be compliant on their pages they use that sponsors content on.

We take extra precaution to make sure we only allow sponsors that are responsiblie , proven money makers, and legal entities acting in legal manner to be included in our system.

We are not the sponsors, we are simply providing affiliates a tool to use !the sponsors that are complaint and acting under the current legislations guidelines for their affiliates. that we add to our system are the ones to contact directly if you have a question on what you may need aditionally for your own records. I/We certainly do what we need to for our own sies and under the advise of our council. we would recomend everyone do the same whenever they are acting like an affiliate to any sponsor in this industry. We just make sure we provide responsible ones for affiliates to choose to sign up for. As those are what we use on our own sites as well. responsable sponsors!
