Trying to signup to ePassporte so I can actually start investing money, it won't verify my visa for no reason at all, theres nothing wrong with it or the info i put into there site. There support still haven't replied after a week to 2 emails - ePass is already a joke yet you pretty much need it to do alot of things in adult.

Just taking a stab in the dark here, but they put a small pending charge on your card, and you have to enter that amount in epassporte as verification it is your credit card. Did you do this? Once you do this it is verified instantly, not osmething you have to wait for.Comment

I'm just thinking out loud here, but hmm... why couldn't epass's customer service/tech support not have told the guy this same advice a week ago when he emailed them?
Shit, I'm risking looking like I jump into every epass thread and "bash" them, when in fact I WANT Them to be better than they currently are, I want them to be great and have all these niggling little kinks ironed out so that I can trust them enough to add their service to my business. Ok to clear things up, It won't start the verifying process of sending me the "small charge", and also I cant use wire because I'm in england and it only accepts US banks, and I need ePass for general convenience, plus I would prefer to be paid like this then checks.Comment

I'm not sticking up for them, in fact, any issues I have I hit Michael up and don't even bother with their support. I was just trying to offer quick advice.
On Thursday epass notified me that my electron card may be compromised and they cancelled it and it will be 2 weeks before a new one comes in. Trust me, I am not a happy camper about that.Comment
