need to hire an expert on flash player/flash media server

I am kinda fustrasted and lost I am not sure how I can make this happen. I know it can be done I have seen others do it but now I want it for myself and not make them money.

I am trying to create a website where I can do life casting, 1 webpage will have me log in to my site. and it will be broadcasting/playing 4 or more webcams at once time. when my website viewers see it they can choose whatever webcam they want to see and it will also have a chat room as well. (housecamz, rude.livehouse)

if someone out there understands what Iam trying to do and knows how to do it or can give it to me in a dummies version that would be fantastic

Here is a screenshot of what I am trying to create. http://twitpic.com/3udasb for the time being I want to make it just for my own website. and eventually make it where anyone can log in and broadcast up to 4 webcams in one webpage at a time. and eventually they would be able to make money.

I am wondering how I can do it myself what do I need to take in class to learn it. would I just need to learn flash or is it more complicated then just learning flash. what program would I need to learn from adobe to make this happen.

It's less about the player, and much more about the media streaming and setup in that scenario. The flash players commonly used for such endeavors are basically shells... think of it like your tv screen... It's just the delivery module.

Wowza, Red5, and FMS can all do what you are looking to do natively from a streaming standpoint, after which is a matter of tieing together the streaming sources in your programming language of choice (most are using php/perl) to deliver to the end user.

So there is a possibility I can learn this in my coutinuing education classes for web design if I am able to master the right language correct?

that will let you stream your webcam to a webpage

it has a built in page designer for "dummies"

theres plenty of free chat software to use to add a chatroom on the main page ( no point in using 4 chat rooms for 1 person )

prob no point in streaming all 4 cams either , just have thumbnails to the other cams, there is motion detection so you could just have the camera that detects motion be the "main cam"

I need multiple cams in one application key point in my original post. and the screenshots I added. YAW does not have that feature.

TinCam, webcamXP and willingwebcam does but i need all of them to stream in flash broadcasting/mediaplayer etc. FLASH keyword

did you miss the part that said the all 4 webcams will be connected on one computer. so the motion dectection will not work because it will detect all 4 cams in the one computer.

yaw streams the cam, you simply run it 4 times. what you posted is what the end result should look like.

yes it does.. i have it setup myself on 5 security cams.

If you already know everything then don't bother asking people for help.

i offered you a solution that would be easy for you to learn the basics. yawcam isn't going to be the best solution for running a web based "live feeds" for that you need to spend big bucks and hire people who do this everyday for a living. There is plenty of software out there and plenty of people who do this everyday you can hire/rent , none of them will help you learn, decide what you want to do , learn or run. if you want to learn , then use the free solution i offered and at the very least it will inform you better on what questions to ask.

@plsureking thanks for the email and the link to streaming platform greatly appreciated and from the demo and what I have saw with a user account it seems to be 100% of what I am looking for.
