The discussion here is that it takes now 4-5 days to load to their own prepaid card, because they dont have enough funds in the settlement account ...they must wire everyday and they claim it takes 4-5 days ....not sure what to say as wires can be send with same day value with no problems, even to Antigua...also it looks like they dont have a lot of money to send in advance or credit line with the card issuer so they must do wire after wire....
I belive it takes 4-5 days as they wires are probably send from EMC in Germany to Ipayout in US and then Ipayout wires the funds to M2 (the compay that issues the cards) then M2 wires to the bank in Antigua...i dont think EMC wires funds directly from Germany to the bank in Antigua..

This is probably the path of the funds. But I don't consider tolerable not to have some buffer money deposited in advance in an account of the issuer of the prepaid cards.
