zenex5ive is ok. They simply resell fdcservers, you'll get a better deal direct with fdcservers. The network sucked so I left. They were cheap tho, they took epass and the support was nice.

SecuredServers fucking rocks. Everything is stable and awesome support. I've been there for about half a year now and not planning on going anywhere.
