Are those hits raw, total unique hits for each website (stats from each site added to the sum), or is it unique surfers for the hole network (one IP does is counted twice or more for the hole network)?

Ok, I wondered because there are several ways of counting and thereby evaluate the traffic. If you skim/send traffic around in a network, its easy to hit 1 mill raw hits if you have enough sites.
One solution to the counting of unique IPs, is to use a common tracker/counter. Maybe that should be done before selling it...buyers would like to know.Comment

I'am trying here something different that would work for both the submitter and the page owner (me)
For example the usual way people currently submit is that they pay for a partner account, submit daily a given amount of galleries which are displayed for 1 day on the main site or for a given time and than get filtered or moved to the archives (if at all). From the site owners point of view and i guess most tgp owners agree with me that they have huge problems with CHANGED submitted galleries after some time, means submitters replace the original gallery with a redirect, a trojan or whatever not.
However, as all my sites use the HALL of FAME princip (galleries are not rotated by date added, but by clicks to the gallery) which means simply the thumbs/galleries that get the most clicks stay on top for as long as they get clicks and even my archives are organized like that. So to prevent my own that a gallery gets modified at some time i think a fee of US$ 50 is the only way to ensure only serious webmasters submit their galleries. As this is of course a lot more expensive i have to give something in return and that is just that the gallery has a chance to stay on the index for months if the gallery itself is good and appealing to the visitors. For example if someone makes a kickass teen gallery with a kickass thumb it's possible that it stays on 1st position of several teen sites for a whole year, just as long as visitors click it. The idea is also that submitters only submit their best galleries as it wouldn't pay back for them to submit crap galleries that get rotated out due lack of clicks on first day. Additionally i don't remove any galleries, everything goes also to the archives.
How i said, the main idea for that is to protect myself from gallery cheaters, get the best galleries and also give the submitter the chance to make sales for weeks and months. Just trying to make and organize things a bit different as i don't have the time to deal daily with gallery cheaters that try to install viruses and infect my visitors with crap.Biggest NOskim Network open for Trades/Linkexchanges

yeah, realy? Cheaters and Traffic Washers HATE me because i actively and day by day expose them on cheater boards. If you took the time to review one of my sites or the join page you would wonder. I'am pretty sure you won't find another tgp with that much rules someone must confirm.
In the case you mention i have a policy and i can show you about 100 examples that other webmasters/trades that send me crap traffic in a higher percentage get blacklisted on public cheater boards. As you accused me of chinese traffic i just can garantee you that my policy on chinese traffic is 1%, everybody sending me more than 3% finds his place on a blacklist, same for korean, brazilian and whatever else "unnaturaly" higher percentage of bad/crap country traffic.
So if you think someone can build up traffic only with chinese traffic than you must speak from your own experience!
