Nice, I love smoothies but got lazy since I moved out of the country. You would think with all the awesome fruit in Costa Rica I would be all over them.

Were almost on the same page, I add a banana to my oatmeal too and my vits are a organic multi, propecia so I don't go totally bald, garlic if I don't have a date that night, saw palmetto, liver support pills (milk thistle and other stuff), coq10, organic flax, and wash it down with water or a diet coke if I crave caffeine.
Also I will do two eggs on the side if it's a big workout day.
