Apparently (from what I've been reading) the culprit is the 'NS core router to alter.net' so if your isp routes you through them you'll experience problems. Mind you, I'm no techie and it all means nothing to me. All I know is that half the stuff I need to access, I can't.Got Foot Fetish Traffic? These sites will make you $$$...
