1.) The Network is mine, the Ad that i sell it "eventually" is taken from my Webmaster Page (see Sig)

2.) I'am indeed selling "IF" someone pays US$ 500k, as i'am principally more than happy with it and even expand it right now after the move to a new host and upgrade of Servers.

3.) I got contacted by the thread starter at the same moment as i got aware of this thread, so just to make it clear, i don't know him at all.

5.) I won't deal about the price, how i said, i'am happy with it and it has a lot of resources, so NO, i won't sell it for < 499k

How i said, it's an "IF" Price and offer. Neither i plan to quiet, neither i'am unhappy with it. I hired last week a guy to manage the trades and another guy to manage the advertisments so things well improve a lot from here and how i said the network has a lot of potential as we can easy double and triple the traffic now

And once again, i made that "For Sale" Ad on my webmaster page only "IF" someone is willing to pay it, as you see from my posts i'am realy and seriously happy with it as it will be for sure the biggest network of sites if the new 75 sites are released and added the next weeks and months. Easily?? There is no doubt he can be done by a good team and even some webmasters, nothing i'am arguing here. The only thing i doubt is that it can be done easy. It took me 1 1/2 year to do so and that isn't what i call "easy". But again, i don't see any need to sell it for less as i just said, i'am happy with it. It's about the price for about 2 years income, i just don't see any reason to sell for less, that' easy. If someone can builds his own traffic resource with 1M, 2M or even 5M, great, no doubt that this is without any interest for them, but not everybody can do it, lol.

And again, honestly, this thread was started NOT by me, but due an older ad i made once out of fun on my webmaster page. Right now after the whole re-organization, improvements in servers and stuff and the plan of further expandation i even doubt i would sell it as i'am pretty sure that with the new team i put together the last weeks we manage do double or triple the traffic the next weeks and months .......
