He agrees and then the department promptly fires the cop who's badge was loaned.
Three generations of cops in my family and seen this first hand. But the worst I've seen was a drunk cop at party pull his service revolver, empty the shells and hand it to another cops 4 year old kid and told to go give this to daddy. That's how drunk cops party and joke.
