This is wrong.
This particular yield sign on a crossing intersect means you have to give way for traffic from left
AND right. And it still makes sense with the circle sign, since when you enter the circle you have to give way for traffic already inside the circle (naturally only coming from the left side).
However, this thing looks like done overnight without a warning to regular commuters and it seems to be incomplete. Bound for disaster :D
