IKEA sell a chair with just a seat of wheels and cheaper than the one you showed.
I never sat down when shooting. If I wanted to shoot from that level I knelt. I found by shooting standing up, kneeling and laying, then moving from side to side of my key lights I got a more varied set or video.
If you're too old it's time to get a younger assistant.
