    Is there still money to be made in porn?

    Are all the pipelines locked or something?

    One traffic
    source so far 0:1920

    Three years ago I did 1:300 constant and over 550% ROI with
    the same source and marketing methods and money invested,

    Is this the downfall of porn?

    We have YouTube kind of sites, we have
    filesharing, bittorrent and 1000s of tgps and mgps
    feeding the crowd...

    I read a study not too long ago that one of the things
    that is in the prospects mind when they make a buying
    decision is:: Can I get this for FREE somewhere else?

    I was like no shit, what does that have to do with porn sales?

    Can you still make $10K a month in this business?

    I went from 100 to 313,000 satoshis in 2 days! Lots of daily freerolls...

Giving away porn to sell it is a very flawed strategy that many "webmasters"... especially newbies... are practicing. It's the reason why conversion ratios have soared in the last few years, and why it's getting harder and harder to sell porn. There's just way too much free stuff out there.

                                                              imo the speed of connection and a wider use of dsl (less expensive than 56k) is a the real cause of the problem:
                                                              you can distribute your content easier and you can download it in seconds: you don't have to pay because you are looking for somthing free while your connection cost money, so it is less interresting to buy a membership.

                                                                      it's really not that hard to make 10k/month in this business - just find something that works for you and duplicate it

                                                                      just copying others wont work...you have to make something unique

                                                                      and dont stick to one site, make 100's of sites and duplicte the ones that work best/make the most $$$

                                                                      it's so cheap to try stuff in this business

                                                                      just my 2cents, it worked pretty well for me ;)

                                                                                          don't judge on ratios, or atleast not on such a small number as 2K
                                                                                          if you have links "click here to see more" or "click here to join for only 29.95/month" ... you can imagine ratios will be different etc etc

                                                                                          if you think 10K profit can be made easy, then it will just drive you crazy

                                                                                                      Today, we still do hundreds of sales per day, so the money is still out there!

C'mon dude, its not 2001 .. Improve your skills and marketing methods, you need more and better input to make same output as you used to do.
