Fellucia Blow hadn't been updated in about a year. Not just webmaster promo content. I received her weekly emails and the preview videos they contained were sometimes a couple of years old. I think he only had about a year's worth of content.

The ref links to his sites either cascaded through Epoch, or led to Account Suspended pages. No notice to affiliates of changes or problems, but he had time to make lots of happy posts on GFY. I only noticed because I grabbed a bunch of promo for a new project. After the promo went live - the CCBill links to Peabody went dead.

He sends an email to me (and everyone else, I assume) YELLING AT ME WITH CAPS AND SHIT TO TAKE DOWN THE CONTENT NOW YOU FUCKER!!! The only content I used were hosted FLVs - and those still worked even after I got the TWO threatening emails.

His tours linked out to numerous sites that had nothing to do with Peabody Cash. Traffic leak after traffic leak.

If Peabody works as hard as you say he does, he's going about it all wrong. He obviously knew that shit was hitting the fan and his first priority was to get a Baddog avatar.

From massive tour leaks to threatening affiliates... Nice job.
It's been going on for a long time. The Fellucia Blow model decided to stop honoring her contract so no new updates. This whole thing was started by them with no need to do so. Mr. Peabody is trying to protect his affiliates because they may start sending DMCA notices out to them as well. Obviously they are trying to inflict as much damage to Mr. Peabody as possible. He has complied with their DMCA, but they refuse to confirm with CC Bill.

Trying to shut down CC Bill is a direct attempt at closing Mr. Peabody, but with 2nd and 3rd cc processors still live, no one is losing sales. His processor cascades are still managed by CC Bill, his affiliate links are set for multiple redirects which means if you set your link to www.peabodydomain.com/tour.htm where there are no traffic leaks, you will get credit for the sale. That he has not set the links correctly in the first place is an oversight. I'm surprised that you aren't aware of multiple redirects. It's an important question to ask a CC Bill sponsor. Mr. Peabody uses CC Bill's traffic flow. The links stay the same but he (or any CC Bill webmaster) has the ability to reverse the order of cc processors with no loss of sales or commissions to any affiliate webmaster.

Maybe his email notifications were a little OVER THE TOP, but the concern for his affiliates in this mess is apparent. Again none of this had to happen this way, it was done by vindictive ex-clients that may wish they had stopped when they had the chance. Canada is no protection from legal action. That Mr. Peabody has not decided to enforce a valid contract in a court of law does not mean he may not change his mind.

He's going to bump affiliates up to 60% for a few months when this clears up. I appreciate that and I'm not going to throw my friend under the bus because of some needless money grabbing shit stirred up by someone that deliberately chose to start ignoring a valid contract and then whining about it like they're the victim here.

As an affiliate this directly affects me as well. In good faith, myself and others spent time and money promoting this girl. We and Mr. Peabody put a lot, and I mean a lot, of money in her pocket. But raw greed has never stopped anyone from fucking people over. We see that every damn day it seems like, in this business. So when you have someone like Mr. Peabody trying to do the right thing and putting himself out there, trying to stay in business, and keep his affiliates going, you might consider throwing him a lifebouy instead of a brick.
