I predict within 2 to 5 years there will be a replacement for the outdated DMCA law AND international copyright treaties updated to reflect the internet age and the technologies therein.

The trick is to be smart enough and quick enough to survive until then.
I hope you are right, Robbie. I think it's going to take an international effort to do it and that's what has worked against it so far.
