i wont debate whether or not bush was the one that was responsible for 9-11... i think that it is something people would want to believe, but i have to think that this is something that is not even conceivable...
however, the part that people dont seem to consider is the fact that WMD was a bunch of bullshit from the start... if they had them or not Bush didnt care, he didnt really need a reason to invade them.. but he used WMD as a way to gloss it over to the public.
the real reason, in my humble opinion, that Bush administration felt it was so important to get into Iraq was that the country switched their oil deals from the dollar to the Euro and this was just not acceptable. the dollar is almost 100% dependent on the oil traded in dollars. If all the main opec countries swith to selling oil in euros the dollar is going to go in the shitter overnight. why do you think the first thing america did once they took over the country was? build infrastucture? look for weapons? fuck no... the first thing they even thought about doing was switching them back to oil traded in dollars
iran is also now trading oil in euros, as is russia. as more countries follow suit the american dollar is going to really start to get nailed.
theres my rant for the day
