But that all hinges on IF the majority of content owners sign up as well. These tubes have 1000s of scenes, so a handful that revert to trailers may not make any difference at all when you have 1000s more full length videos to choose from.

I've seen first hand how many joins tubes can send with full length videos all over the front. Do I agree that those sales should be generated via stolen content? No.
Regardless if we end how tubes work, there will be another medium developed to give surfers free porn.
