Paxum for sure If there are options I prefer:

        1. Paxum
        2. Paypal
        3. Check
        4. Payoneer
        5. Wire (around $30+ fee)

Adraco, I appreciate this. I will soak this in and relay this to my team.

          1. Fee structure.
Right now it's very many different fees and me among others get upset when I do not understand what I'm paying for. I have my physical Payoneer card from AWE and all other accounts are connected to it as secondaries. An example, being paid from AWE costs me $1 for 2 businessdays payment, or $3 for 2 hours alternative. Being paid from Moneytree costs me $2 / $4 and being paid from FPCtraffic costs me $3 / $5. it just pisses me off to not be able to see those terms somewhere. Having a fee is one thing, but not showing it is completely different. It feels very unfair to have to wait for a payment, and first then be told how much it's going to cost you to get your money. Either make it a standardized fee, say $2 per payment, or create a tool or something where I can enter a sponsor name and see ow muh itäs going to cost me.

          2. Allow for yearly payment of the fee.
The need of having to have money present to pay $2 per month just feels silly. Charge me $24 at the beginning of each year and be done with it. Or at least give us the option to choose.

          3. Long response times
My primary cam sponsor have been claiming to be in the process of setting up things with you. But that has been going on for three months now and they keep telling me you guys are dragging your feet and being non-responsive or at the very least taking very long time to return answers.

          4. The point of sales charge
Now, who thought up this? I'm sure it sounds like a great idea in a boarroom, but sure do piss off the people who use the product. I tried to pay $500 to my hosting company for one of my servers, and it wouldn't let me. Why? Because they system wanted to charge me $7.50 for the transaction. So when me and my host tried $490 instead, it went through. Now, my card balance is carried in USD, I'm being paid in USD from the sponsors but still have to pay an out of the country charge when paying to an American company in USD??? It sure feels like I'm being scammed on this one!

          5. ACH
You, or at least this nick, mentioned somewhere earlier that one could, on a case by case basis, get an ACH account number connected to one's Payoneer account. What's the charges for such a setup, how long time does it take and where could I read more about it? Also, withdrawal from my card to my regular bank account. Without paying an amazing number of different fees, please!

That's a good start. Thank you for taking the time to answer our questions!

Paxum is a shit payment processor. My account was verified 10 days ago, but my paxum card is not printed yet let alone shipped to me. And that too had to be found out after logging into my paxum account, as they don't inform via email. Even though I am subscribe to every notification option in my account.

As for the payoneer, it is the best payment processor I have ever used. They immediately keep you informed about the status of your account, via email. Like when I add funds via my credit card, they will send a confirmation email right away. And then once the funds added to my card, they will again send an email to inform that funds are added. Their online support and support ticket system is the best.

I am no way associated with payoneer, but just wanted to share my experience with both of them. Good Luck

Hi there, I'm sorry you feel you had a negative experience with Paxum. Once you submit your application request for a Paxum card to be sent to you it is printed (usually takes about a week) and then shipped to you (usually takes about 1-2 weeks for delivery in North America).

We print/ship in batches, so it usually depends on which day of the week you submit your request as to when the card would be completed and shipped to you.

I'm unsure why you did not receive notifications regarding your account verification since our system will email you to inform you your account is approved/verified.

We do not send you a notification about loading funds to your credit card since the credit card load is instant with Paxum, and you don't have to wait at all for the funds to be available on your Paxum CC for withdrawal, since they are immediately there for you to access.

We send notifications when funds are loaded to your ewallet, and when you send funds via P2P to another Paxum user. You can access your notification alerts inside your Paxum account admin under My Account - Profile Settings - and then under the Account Information section 'Notifications' where you have a number of options you can select/deselect.

I'd be happy to help you out on a personal basis, simply get in touch with me!

And Paxum always sending email notifications when you get money from someone, and when you send them as well.

Yes thats great at Paxum, but tbh personally i dislike it that in the e-mails the amounts are mentioned.
It would be great if they could add a function to have at least the option to disable/enable that.
