I am particularly careful at large public events since most of the year I work fairly independently, and only see a handful of contractors, models or clients, a day or two per week.

My preventative measures in the days before the show are increasing my Vitamin intake by 400%, and lots of garlic - at the request of my wife, I now take unscented garlic pills instead of eating a clove of roasted garlic a day...
