Ive gotten sick every time Ive gone for the last 5 yrs. Only way to even TRY to curb it is

1. Drink a TON of water
2. Wash your hands 5X a day
3. Try to get at least 5 hrs a night of sleep

The first 2 are easy, its the 3rd that seems to get me
