I saw this pic before I had the misfortune of watching Bangkok Dangerous. Everytime he came on sreen I keep picturing an geale face on top of that awful hair peice- thinking of that meme was probably the only entertaining part of that movie.

Bringing out the Dead is probably my favorite Cage film. It's a really fucking good movie that never seemed to really get alot of attention. He's a good actor if paired with the right director. That and I think the part needs to play off his natural excentricities to make it a good fit for him.Comment

Oh no, that was by far one of the worst movies I have ever seen. I can't believe that anyone could watch that movie and think it was even worth releasing. His acting was fine in it, just a horrible horrible movie.

He chooses these shit roles. He is/was offered many very big leading roles that went to others, such as, Brad Pitt, Matt Damon, etc... But for some reason he turns down the awesome shit that turns blockbuster in favor of cool stuff that is only cool in his head.Comment

Nic Cage is a mediocre actor at best, and that's probably a little over the top.
I think the fact that his uncle is Francis Ford Coppola may have helped him get some of his roles. He's too stoic for my likes, and in my opinion that makes him come across as amateur at best.Comment
