How much "coming soon" content do you show your members?

    How much "coming soon" content do you show your members?

    The strangest thing happened to me. I upped the amount of "coming soon" content in the members area (several months out), along with the dates they are coming, then I started to get member complaints!

    They say that they should get access to that content now and not have to wait for it.

    Never had this reaction when I only posted a month out (clearly will be going back to that), but curious as to how much you show your members.

          You update once a month, or just when you add a new girl do you show them who's coming?

              Several months out is probably too far. I say one or two upcoming updates at the most.

              Months of previews make the site feel stale, I think part of the appeal of being a member of something is that you feel you are getting first crack at fresh content. Knowing the content is already shot takes away some of that.

                  My BrokeAms members get an animated gif that summarizes the scene, a detailed written scene description and the camera stills, every Wednesday. They get the scene on Saturday. No complaints.

                              Yea, clearly. When it was 4 weeks out, not a single complaint. Soon as I changed it, whammo. Didn't expect that.
