If you want to do it on the cheap, using regular light bulbs, just make sure the whitebalance on your camera is set to the exact white balance rating of the lights you're using. Example: 6500k lights, matched with 6500k WB.

You'll probably want to mount the camera on a tripod because you're likely not going to be able to get a super sharp image hand-holding using such a low light output.
