Yes , They mentioned it last week ...I think the charge is 1 percent ( min $6)
I was gonna switch over $30 i had sitting but the $6 made it not worth it for me...

We certainly DO allow eWallet to Payoneer card transfers. This is considered an eWallet to Credit Card transaction.
