Why do people think Gun control will work when...

Why do people think Gun control will work when all the drug dealers have to do is
pack a gun on top of each bag of drugs and get premium price for them.

We can't stopped the drugs that are banned/controlled from coming into the
country so how do people get it into their heads that stopping guns will be different?

I think a lot of people find a side to argue and they stick to it to the point of
being completely blind to reality.

Further more; if there were no guns there would still be fireworks from which to
get plenty of gun powder and blow things up or make bullets with.

Making a gun has got to be on of the most simplest things a metal fabricator
could make these days especially if only making revolvers or shotguns.
Ban guns and neighborhood garages in nice areas will become nice little metal fab shops.

People act like guns come from some remote deep mine in Africa and thus people
have to dig them up like diamonds and can't make them from supplies at the
hardware store.

People who think like that probably have no real knowledge of how a gun works.
Anyone who actually uses, takes apart and cleans a gun will notice right away
how simple this device is to make.

New York City has had a gun ban for decades.
It's not stopping murder and other violent crime. That's a joke.
