Ahhh, the 5D. Figured it was not a typical video cam, it has a much cooler look.

I've tried this with my D300 but get too much camera shake. Does the 5D have something built in to reduce shake?

Again man, killer job. Some of the hottest POV I've seen in a long time. I LOVE the lighting.

Thanks man. The 5D can be sensitive to shaking, but we've tried to limit that with a mount we attach it to, that is also used for focusing. And YES, the reason I love shooting with it is its DOF!

I live on Topsail Island. I have friends that live on Hilton Head and it's in South Carolina.

Yeah, navigation and monetization are a bit hazy right now ;-)
And I'm not saying that we're just going to flat-out GIVE AWAY all of this content for free... but it seems that the HQ POV would be good to get the samples out there and drive traffic to our site. Perhaps we'll feature a good amount of sample POV content and start a pay-site for full scenes... Don't really know yet, still just testing to see if people go to MyFreePOV

I mean... how much does each scene cost you to make? $800, 1000? I think a person is lucky (?) to make $100 from a single TGP gallery for the entire time it is online.

Agreed agreed. I don't think I'm going to give it ALL away... just enough to draw attention. I want to myfreepov.com to promote various programs with good POV... maybe we'll even start our own POV program with this style content... Good idea or bad idea?
