I uploaded the docs on October 25th. Now on the wire status page it mentions "supporting documents", whereas elsewhere it states no further documents are required. It then states under document tracking that status is "received", but received then reports "not yet received". I'd reupload the form with passport and bank statement scans if only the upload option was available - just in the hope the process can move forward. But who knows what's going on. No reply to my email asking for clarification. I'm all for giving people time but this is ridiculous.
