Just out of curiosity, why did you let your drinking/drugs out of hand? Dont get me wrong, I'm happy that you've been sober for a year now but why weren't you able to control the issue before it got out of control?
Even being a psych major this is something that I was never fully able to grasp. Maybe its just me, but like I said curious to understand...
