I'm pretty sure 2011 will be a record year for break downs. Especially for paysite owners who have not adapted. 2010 we saw many simply fade away, some just abruptly close doors, many of course didn't pay thier affiliates. None of them went out kicking and screaming really, but I think in 2011 we will see many of the remaining smaller programs and some old time big programs go out with a lot of drama. What do you think?

i predict that in 2011 adult program owners will finally realize that we are on the verge of the greatest boom since the vcr hit the market, finally figuire out the "put your shit on the cassette and sell it" solutions for the torrents/tube sites and rake in the cash hand over fist.I'm pretty sure 2011 will be a record year for break downs. What exactly does adapt mean to you? As a paysite affiliate things are fine for me as far as conversions. The biggest problem is programs doing shady things. Cross sales without credit, no credit for backup processors and things like that. There isn't a major issue converting as long as I choose the right programs to promote. It can be like a self fulfilling prophecy though. Paysite owner hears they need to "adapt" so they decide to add cross sales to their affiliate revshare tour (with no credit to affiliates) on $1 trials or something like this so I decide to move on. I can't tell you how many times this has happened in the last year. My challenge for 2011 is to find programs who will not do this stuff in addition to better monetizing dating and cams and getting a foothold in mainstream.Last edited by signupdamnit; 01-09-2011, 06:09 AM.
