    Cookouts season..whats your favorite?

    What do you like to when you grill out?

    I love Brats.
    But, nothing is better than a one inch thick, lean, fat Ribeye or even Prime Rib gets my mouth watering.

                  My wife wants me to do some chicken and do it out on the grill.

                      ribeye isnt really lean. ribeye is supposed to be marbled. aka swirled with fat.

                              Stubb's bbq is about 5 blocks from my house...they always have cool bands come through

                                      marinate some chicken overnight and then grill. Good ole hamburgers are great. Nothing beats a nicely cooked New York Strip for myself though.

                                          Nothing beats a garden grown, ripe sliced tomato on a grilled hamburger.

                                          I never had lobster grilled before.
                                          I may have to try that.

                                          When I lived down in Texas. Brisket was awesome .

                                              Steak. Either a Strip or Ribeye.

                                              Corn on the Cob.

                                              And potatoes.



                                              I'll eat that meal at least once every 2 weeks this Summer.... or at least until corn season's over.

                                                      Also, I love ribs and brats. Almost anything on the grill is good if cooked right.

                                                              Once the grill is lit (hardwood charcoal only), EVERYTHING'S up for grilling Steaks, burgers, brats, hot dogs, all veggies, fish...I haven't tried fruit yet (except 'maters), even though Bobby Flay does it.
