I would recommend sending Jap and Korean traffic to
sites in Japanese, geared exclusively towards that market.
It doesnt do much good to send Japanese users to sites in English.
I use DTI's affiliate program , I have been happy with the ratios and rebills have been really good.

There are actually a few good sponsors where you can send your Japanese / Asian Pacific traffic however the two below are where we send most of our traffic and it does convert well..

Thats in addition to Casino programs which also convert well on Japanese traffic.

Blind linked traffic from TGP's and other sources of what is usually crap traffic converts the best (for us) on chokugeki.com and j fucking whilst actual targeted traffic works best on jp movies actually, both of the MPB sites do well for us on most types of traffic but we mainly use that in our banner exchange.

One thing i would do though, rather than sending them dirctly to the sponsors tour send them to a bounce page with a counter / banner exchange code on preferably one like www.pornclient.com ;) that way youll get some more traffic in exchange for the Japanese

All three types have an article over on European Webmasters explaining the ways to go about redirecting your international traffic.
