I've tried the Saison du Buff which was done by DFh, Victory and Stone. All 3 breweries made the same beer with the same recipe. The results obviously differ.

The Saison du Buff has parsely, sage, rosemary and thyme in it and it tastes great. It's got quite a strong hop flavour which means the herbs don't overpower the beer.

I'd love to get my hands on some DFH beers but her in the Netherlands it's simply not available
