I agree completely - and from my experience the kids that are more extreme about straight edge are the ones that break the 1st chance they get. (IE "true till 21")

I've always been the laid back sort - hating people takes too much energy

i agree i told this kid at the tatto shop just a month ago that unless you are 21 you are not sXe, you are just a good kid he got soo pissed

Nice - I know a friend of mine here in town was doing a throat piece for a kid and purposely designed the "straight edge" lettering so that it could easily be filled in when he broke.

I thought that straight edge meant only someone who is clean and who wants to be fashion, but it looks more like some extremist stuffs just like a religion without god, but with fanaticism

I have to ask. What motivates someone to live a life of total sobriety? I mean, I can have fun sober but I always have more fun drinking or smoking.

Reality gets tired rather quickly. It's good to have options.
