It says clearly that winners must post their ID but it doesn't say when, right?7. Winners must post their CTC affiliate ID to win or it will go to the next post who has it.
It says then, that if the user doesn't post the ID (again it doesn't say when) the next post win.
Is it clear? just because almost everybody posted the id in the wining post, doesn't mean the rule demands it. It doesn't.
I will protest if this will happen.
