thank you everybody. gets better for sure. recovery is an interesting gizmo. when I got clean I was working as a lighting guy in showbiz, went up to juicer to LD and DP then back down to board operator and then out... never thought I would be in porn. these days I'm working toward the next big adventure, and I'm making choices in the direction I go... never did that before... should be fun and interesting for sure.

never liked booze, usually drank everclear when possible... only drank for effect when no drugs were available. even shot some rum one time... really do NOT recommend that to anyone

yup, exactly. i was in a rough spot at that time and abused pills/alcohol/powders/etc. but now i moderately imbibe when it's appropriate.

i did learn a lot about myself from working the steps and helping others.

weed is the worst because it doesn't really fuck your life up so you don't really get your attention grabbed. good luck with that... you can spot the weed smokers, usually have nasty dirty cars

life is really much better drug free, for me anyway. never liked being high, just couldn't put it down for any length of time..
