How about setting up a section which is for verified people only.
They have to meet certain criteria to be able to post in there:
a) send an email from the adult business related company they are with, [email protected] for example.
b) post recent (last year or so, to prevent old has-beens hanging around) screenshots of earnings from a program they promote, which would then be verified by the sponsor.

so you would exclude all the models, designers, shooters, and cam girls, programmers and toy makers and dvd distributers and ALL the various other players in adult because they don't have a "program" they "promote" from a verified "sponsor" and you would have THE MOST BORING section of GFY that no one would be looking at...
