Nice stats CunningStunt. I don't think we're going to win everyone over 100%. There is a ton of competition in the dating world and different programs work for different affiliates. Glad to see you're doing well with them
From the looks of your post, I'm not positive that me posting stats is going to get you to try us again which is why I originally asked what it would specifically take for older affiliates who tried us long ago to try us again. If I am wrong, kindly let me know, though. AK and I can post tons of stats but GFY usually doesn't respond well to just stats screen grabs. Is there something specifically that you would like to have or see to do a small test run with us again? If it's just stats you want to see, I can do that... but I think you're pretty happy as you mentioned.
Either way, the feedback is appreciated.
Just a heads up, we have all of those tools. Did you need help navigating to get to them? Just drop me a line.
Some good posts, keep the comments coming. That's why we made this thread.

You've tried us randomly over the years and it never converted? I understand that critics are often the loudest on GFY but which part didn't convert well for years? Retention in general? Our CTR on banners? Free to sales? EPC?
Criticism is great, but I was hoping for more constructive comments to go along with it. Thanks for the feedback, though.Comment

Affiliates usually stop promoting a program for good reason. The best way to keep receiving traffic from affiliates over the long term is to always run an honest high converting program for all of your affiliates. The whales may be nice for the short term but they can be easily enticed to go elsewhere and often do. Or perhaps become too expensive to keep.
Affiliate 1- $10,000 a month * 6 months = $60,000
Affiliate 2- $10,000 a year * 10 years = $100,000
Which affiliate really was a better one to have? Now add 100 - 1000 more affiliate #2's (which are far easier to find than Affiliate #1) and what do you get? Sometimes it seems as if some programs don't understand basic business principles. It pays to respect all of your affiliates at all times. FWIW, there's one program I promoted for 12 years. They never gave me any reason until recently not to promote them.

That's nice, now post the totals for your top 100 or top 50 or even 25. How fast does it roll off? My
is do something to attract affiliates. That could be new promotion tools. Offering $100 PPS doesn't mean jack if there are no conversions. Thumb GEO ads loaded with tons of profiles is a thought. Seeing the same girls every time the iframe loads and from site to site doesn't help. Peels don't work well for me. Those pop IMs attract a lot of attention and appear to work even though many use them. Niche tours to a broad list of categories is another thought.

8000 members does not equal 8000 sales.
The DG guys always come over on the boards as decent and reasonable, it's refreshing. Shame I couldn't get my traffic to convert with you though. I'll try again in the new year at some stage.Comment
